Close your eyes, take a sip, prepare to be Enlightened. The White Queen may look like a ditzy blonde, but just like a month old bleach job, her brown roots come pouring through to reveal a dark, fiery personality hidden inside. Aged on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, lactose, coffee, and habanero peppers, this Queen will rock your world.
Rule like a Queen, drink like a Pirate. We sent the White Queen to the Caribbean (the first stop on her world tour) for a "little break". She came home a pirate. She's the same Queen underneath, just with a little rum around the edges. Aged in a Nicaraugan Flor de Cana 7 year Rum Barrel with wild yeast. Wild Pirate Queen, the rougher the seas, the smoother she pours.

We put some of our NE Lowball IPA in a Wild Pirate Queen Rum Barrel. Threw in some Brett, let our Crossfit neighbors roll it around the block a few times, rest and repeat. Then dry hopped it with some Lemondrop hops and sent it to a strip mall massage parlor, now our boy Tom's Got The Funk.
During our time in Jamaica, we were rarely without a Foreign Extra Stout in our hands. We brewed this beer to take us back to those sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and late nights playing out favorite Jamaican card game, Tief'n Cassie. ROasty, malty, with cherry notes and a dry finish, this beer will whisk you away to an island paradise. Warning: This may have influenced our decision to go cliff diving at Rick's Cafe.
